ClearCompany pricing and ClearCo pricing for ClearRecruit and TotalTalent
ClearCompany does not publish a price. The company now trades as ClearCo, and its pricing page lists packages by hiring stage, with no dollar figure on any of them and a Get pricing button on every card. Professional services under the ClearCare name are also Request pricing. So the honest answer to what ClearCompany costs is a quote built from the modules you take and your headcount.

The best outside figure is procurement data. Vendr's ClearCo listing shows a median buyer paying $11,185 a year, with observed contracts from $5,360 to $31,080. That spread is wide because a recruiting-only ClearRecruit deal and a full TotalTalent suite with performance, learning and compensation are very different purchases.
Why it works
What a published screening price changes for a team pricing ClearCompany
Screening without a suite contract
ClearCo sells recruiting inside packages that also carry onboarding and background checks. Prescreener does one job, reading and ranking every inbound resume, and runs beside whatever ATS you keep.
Evidence behind every score
ClearCo's AI talent match surfaces candidates whose skills align with the role. Prescreener ranks the whole pile and writes down the resume evidence behind each criterion, so a recruiter can check it.
A rate you can budget today
Prescreener is $199, $499 or $1,290 a month, or half that billed yearly, priced by applicant volume. No demo is needed to see the number and nobody is auto-rejected.
What it handles
Parsed, scored and ranked on autopilot
Prescreener reads every inbound resume, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, asks the screening questions you set, scores role-fit against consistent criteria, and ranks the applicant pile so your recruiters review the top matches first.
- Reads every inbound resume the moment it arrives, on every open job
- Applies knockout rules such as licenses, certifications, location or work authorization the same way to every applicant
- Scores role-fit with the written evidence behind each score
- Ranks the pile so recruiters and hiring managers start with the strongest applicants
- Runs beside ClearCo, Workday, iCIMS, UKG or any ATS through a forwarding address or upload
- Never auto-rejects: it ranks and flags, and a person decides
Why Prescreener
One step that screens the whole inbound pile
Not a full ATS, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Parse, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the criteria you already hire on.
Reads every resume
Prescreener parses every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, and asks the screening questions you set. Applicants consent and are told AI is screening their application, so no qualified person sits in a backlog for days.
Scores role-fit consistently
Every applicant is scored against the same criteria, with a transparent reason on each candidate, so the pile is compared consistently and the scoring comes with impact ratio reports for your EEOC and NYC Local Law 144 audit work.
Ranks the pile
The strongest matches rise to the top of a ranked pile your recruiters review first. Prescreener never auto-rejects, it ranks and flags candidates for review, and your team makes every decision.
In depth
ClearCompany pricing, package by package
How much does ClearCompany cost?
ClearCompany sells by quote. The pricing page at clearcompany.com/pricing describes pricing built around how you hire, succeed and grow, asks you to start with the stage that matters most and expand later, and offers Get pricing on every package. There is no rate, no per-employee figure, no tier table and no self-serve checkout. The page footer still reads ClearCompany LLC, while the brand on every page is now ClearCo.
Outside numbers fill the gap, and they disagree. Vendr's procurement data is the most grounded, because it comes from purchases rather than guesses: a median of $11,185 a year, a low of $5,360 and a high of $31,080. Several review and competitor blogs quote per-user or per-employee monthly rates, but none cites a ClearCompany document or a contract, so treat them as estimates and ask for your own number in writing.
| What you want to know | What ClearCompany publishes | Best available evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Annual price | Nothing | Vendr median $11,185, range $5,360 to $31,080 |

| Per-employee or per-user rate | Nothing | Third-party blog estimates only, unsourced |

What each ClearCo package includes
The packages are grouped by stage rather than by size. Three of them include recruiting. ClearRecruit is the hiring package, for teams that want speed, structure and visibility in recruiting. ClearTalent adds goals and alignment plus learning management, so hiring connects to early performance. TotalTalent is the full lifecycle, adding performance management, employee engagement, learning and compensation on top of hiring.
ClearGrow and ClearLearn leave recruiting out entirely: ClearGrow covers performance, engagement, learning and compensation, and ClearLearn is learning only. If your problem is the applicant pile, those two will not help, and you should be quoted on ClearRecruit at most. Every hiring package lists People Analytics, Talent AI, Integrations and Platform Infrastructure as built on the platform.
| Package | Hiring modules | What else is in it |
|---|---|---|
| ClearRecruit | Candidate attraction, recruiting experience, background checks, onboarding | Platform layer: analytics, Talent AI, integrations |
| ClearTalent | Same hiring modules | Goals and alignment, learning management |
| TotalTalent | Same hiring modules | Performance, engagement, learning, compensation |
| ClearGrow | None | Performance, engagement, learning, compensation |
| ClearLearn | None | Learning management only |
| ClearCare | Not a package | Implementation, coaching, IT integration, I-9 and WOTC support |

Does ClearCompany use AI to screen resumes?
Partly. ClearCo's Talent AI page lists an AI talent match feature that surfaces candidates whose experience and skills align with role requirements, so recruiters can prioritize the strongest applicants. The Interview Agent gives interviewers a 60-second snapshot with resume highlights and potential skill gaps before each interview. The Sourcing Agent runs AI prescreening as a screening call the candidate completes on their own schedule, with results ranked by score and full transcripts.
Two things are worth confirming before you sign. First, the pricing page puts Talent AI on the platform layer of every hiring package but does not say whether the agents are included or priced on top, so ask which AI features your quote contains. Second, ClearCo's AI Addendum, dated July 15, 2026, says AI features run on third-party providers including OpenAI and lets customers enable agentic features that take actions. Ask who reviews a ranked list before anyone is moved or rejected. Our guide to candidate scoring software covers what a defensible score should show.
| Screening task | ClearCo, per its own pages | Prescreener |
|---|---|---|

How ClearCompany pricing compares with other mid-market ATS vendors
ClearCompany sells to US mid-market employers in construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, real estate, financial services and nonprofits, and its closest rivals mostly keep prices private too. Read the table as what each vendor will tell you before a sales call. Our Greenhouse pricing and Jobvite pricing pages break down two names that often share the shortlist, and the ATS pricing comparison covers the wider market.
| Vendor | What it publishes | AI resume screening |
|---|---|---|
| ClearCo (ClearCompany) | Nothing. Vendr median $11,185 a year | AI talent match, agents on the platform layer |
| Greenhouse | Nothing. Vendr median $26,611 a year | Talent Matching in five bands, one stage, per job |
| Jobvite | Nothing, and no tier names | Talent Fit surfaces best-fit candidates |
| Lever | Nothing. Vendr median $15,400 a year | AI screening in the core platform, VONQ add-on separate |
| Hireology | $3 per AI interview over a monthly cap | AI features on the Perform plan |
| Prescreener | $199, $499, $1,290 and $2,490 a month, half that yearly | Reads and ranks every resume, never auto-rejects |

What drives a ClearCompany quote
Expect the number to move with four things. Headcount, because the packages beyond recruiting are employee-facing and price with the size of the company. Package, because TotalTalent bundles four talent modules that ClearRecruit leaves out. Services, because ClearCare implementation, IT integration and I-9 or WOTC support are scoped separately. And background checks, which appear in the hiring packages and in one TotalTalent variant are marked options available, so confirm whether screening fees are per check or bundled.
Third-party blogs also report implementation fees in the low thousands to the mid five figures and mid-contract increases cited in user reviews. ClearCompany publishes neither, so the useful step is to ask for both in writing: the one-time setup fee and the renewal uplift cap.
What to ask ClearCompany before you sign
Ask how the quote is built, per employee, per user or per hire, and get the unit in writing. Ask which package the quote is for and whether ClearRecruit alone covers your need. Ask which Talent AI features and agents are included, which are extra, and whether any of them can move or reject a candidate without a person. Ask for the implementation fee, the contract term, the renewal uplift cap and what happens to the price if headcount grows mid-term.
Then compare it with the job you are actually buying for. If the pain is a pile of inbound resumes nobody has time to read, you may not need a suite at all. A flat Prescreener plan reads and ranks every resume beside the ATS you already run, and our page on bulk resume screening shows how that works at volume.

Teamtailor publishes no price.
