Humanly pricing and Humanly AI pricing for high-volume hourly hiring
Humanly does not publish a plan price. The address humanly.io/pricing loads a Page not found screen, the site names no tiers, and every call to action is Book a Demo or Get a Demo. Its G2 listing says the vendor has not provided pricing information. So the real answer to what Humanly costs is a quote, scoped to your hiring volume and the modules you take.

Humanly does print two numbers, on a campaign page outside its main navigation. AI video interviews are offered at $3 to $30 per interview, covering screening, scoring and scheduling, and a Human Sourcing service is offered at $10K per role. Both are labelled Limited Time Pricing. Use them as a sense of scale for the interview line, not as a plan price for the full platform.
Why it works
What a published screening price changes for a team pricing Humanly
Reads the resume, not only the chat
Humanly scores what a candidate says in a conversation. Prescreener reads the resume each applicant submitted, applies your criteria to it and writes down the evidence behind every score.
Nobody is rejected by a rule
Humanly can disqualify applicants who miss a knockout question automatically. Prescreener flags the miss and ranks the pile, and a recruiter makes every decision.
A rate you can budget today
Prescreener is $199, $499 or $1,290 a month, or half that billed yearly, priced by applicant volume. No per-interview meter and no demo needed to see the number.
What it handles
Parsed, scored and ranked on autopilot
Prescreener reads every inbound resume, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, asks the screening questions you set, scores role-fit against consistent criteria, and ranks the applicant pile so your recruiters review the top matches first.
- Reads every inbound resume on an hourly or frontline job the moment it arrives
- Applies knockout rules such as work authorization, shift availability, certifications or location the same way to every applicant
- Scores role-fit with the written evidence behind each score
- Ranks the pile so the store, site or unit manager calls the strongest applicants first
- Runs beside Workday, iCIMS, UKG, Dayforce or any ATS, and beside Humanly if you already own it
- Never auto-rejects: it ranks and flags, and a person decides
Why Prescreener
One step that screens the whole inbound pile
Not a full ATS, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Parse, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the criteria you already hire on.
Reads every resume
Prescreener parses every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, and asks the screening questions you set. Applicants consent and are told AI is screening their application, so no qualified person sits in a backlog for days.
Scores role-fit consistently
Every applicant is scored against the same criteria, with a transparent reason on each candidate, so the pile is compared consistently and the scoring comes with impact ratio reports for your EEOC and NYC Local Law 144 audit work.
Ranks the pile
The strongest matches rise to the top of a ranked pile your recruiters review first. Prescreener never auto-rejects, it ranks and flags candidates for review, and your team makes every decision.
In depth
Humanly pricing, source by source
How much does Humanly cost?
Humanly sells by quote. There is no rate on the main site, no tier table and no self-serve checkout, and both humanly.io/pricing and humanly.io/plans load the same Page not found screen. Humanly's home page instead offers a four-question value calculator that asks for your annual hires and returns an estimate of what Humanly is worth to you, which is a savings figure, not a price.
What drives the quote follows from how Humanly describes its product: one platform with an AI Recruiter that engages, screens and schedules, an AI Interviewer, an AI Notetaker, a Talent CRM and an ATS. Expect the number to move with your applicant and hire volume, the number of locations, which of those modules you take, and whether you replace your ATS or keep it. Humanly says it layers on top of Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Dayforce, Oracle Taleo, Avature and Employ, so many buyers price it as an add-on rather than a system of record.

What the $3 to $30 per interview offer covers
The offer page is aimed at fast-growing companies rather than large hourly employers. It lists AI Video Interviews at $3 to $30 per interview, and says the price includes screening, scoring, scheduling and interviewing candidates. Setup is a 20-minute intake call, after which Humanly trains an AI interviewer on the role and sends an interview link the same day, and its own team reviews responses and shares the best candidates. The same page offers Human Sourcing at $10K per role, with a dedicated talent partner and a stated target of 10 qualified candidates a day.
The spread from $3 to $30 is wide, and the page does not say what puts a role at the bottom or the top. Read it as a per-interview meter, and do the arithmetic at your volume before the call. The table multiplies the two ends of the range by interviews a month.
| AI interviews a month | At $3 each | At $30 each |
|---|---|---|
| 100 | $300 a month, $3,600 a year | $3,000 a month, $36,000 a year |
| 500 | $1,500 a month, $18,000 a year | $15,000 a month, $180,000 a year |
| 1,000 | $3,000 a month, $36,000 a year | $30,000 a month, $360,000 a year |

Does Humanly screen resumes?
Not as its main method. Humanly's own home page sets resumes aside on purpose: resumes tell you who applied, conversations tell you who fits. When someone applies, Humanly reaches out by chat, SMS, email or voice and asks your qualifying questions, such as availability, shift preference, certifications, right to work, location and experience, in English, Spanish and more than 35 other languages. It scores the answers against the same criteria for everyone so the top 10 to 20 percent surface, and configurable rules advance qualified candidates and disqualify anyone who misses a knockout.
That design suits hourly roles where the resume says little. It also means two things to check before you buy. First, what the applicant wrote on the resume is not what gets scored, so experience and credentials only count if a question asks about them. Second, automatic disqualification is a decision made by a rule, and in New York City and other places with AI hiring rules your team should know exactly which rules reject people. Our page on applicant eligibility screening software covers how to apply knockouts without auto-rejecting anyone.
| Screening task | Humanly, per its own pages | Prescreener |
|---|---|---|
| Reads the submitted resume and scores it | Not the main method. It scores conversation answers | Yes, every resume with written evidence |
| Asks qualifying questions by SMS, chat or voice | Yes, in English, Spanish and 35+ languages | Screening questions on the application |
| Ranks applicants | Yes, top 10 to 20 percent surface | Yes, the whole pile |
| Rejects on a knockout without a person | Yes, by configurable rule | Never. It flags and a recruiter decides |

How Humanly pricing compares with other hourly hiring platforms
Hourly and frontline hiring is the most quote-driven corner of recruiting software. Paradox, Workstream, Harri, Apploi and Fountain all keep prices off their sites, and Hireology prints a single overage rate. Read the table as what each vendor will tell you before a sales call. Our Paradox AI pricing and Workstream pricing pages break down the two names most often on the same shortlist, and the ATS pricing comparison covers the wider market.
| Platform | What it publishes | How it screens |
|---|---|---|
| Humanly | $3 to $30 per AI interview on a limited-time page. No plan price | Conversation by chat, SMS, voice or video, scored answers |
| Paradox | Nothing. A $1,000 a month starting figure appears on Capterra | Conversational assistant, now a Workday company |
| Workstream | Nothing. Four plans, all Get in touch | VoiceAI and VideoAI screening in the Hiring plan |
| Harri | Nothing. Every bundle is custom | AI Screening Calls on the Perform bundle only |
| Hireology | $3 per AI interview over a monthly cap | AI features on the Perform plan |
| Prescreener | $199, $499, $1,290 and $2,490 a month, half that yearly | Reads and ranks every resume, never auto-rejects |

Where the circulating Humanly prices come from
Search for Humanly pricing and you will find yearly ranges such as $3,600 to $9,600 for small businesses and $25,000 to more than $100,000 for large enterprises, along with descriptions of pay-as-you-go and per-interaction plans. None of those pages cites a quote, a contract or a Humanly document, and Humanly itself publishes no plan structure. Treat them as guesses. The per-interview offer is the only figure that comes from Humanly.

What to ask Humanly before you sign
Ask how the quote is built, per hire, per interview, per location or per seat, and get the unit in writing. Ask whether the $3 to $30 interview rate applies to an enterprise contract or only to the offer page, and what puts a role at $3 or at $30. Ask which modules the quote includes, AI Recruiter, AI Interviewer, Notetaker, Talent CRM or ATS, and what each costs to add later. Ask for the contract term, the renewal uplift cap and the overage rule if your applicant volume spikes in peak season.
Then ask about decisions. Which knockout rules disqualify people without a recruiter seeing them, how a candidate can ask for a human review, and what bias-audit documentation Humanly provides for its scoring if you hire in New York City. If what you actually need is someone to read every resume that arrives before anyone is invited to a conversation, compare that quote with a flat Prescreener plan, or read how high-volume recruiting software handles the applicant pile.

Paradox AI pricing
Paradox publishes no rate for Olivia or any other product, and Workday ownership has not changed that. The only figure you can trace to a listing is a $1,000 a month starting price on Capterra. Everything larger is a third-party estimate, and the estimates disagree.
Learn moreWorkstream pricing
Workstream publishes four plans and no prices. Every card on its pricing page ends in Get in touch, and its own blog says the quote follows location count, headcount and modules. The one dollar figure Workstream has printed itself is a negotiated $50 per location a month for A&W franchisees. Here is each figure graded, what each plan includes, and what it costs to rank applicants without a new platform contract.
Learn moreHarri pricing
Harri publishes no prices. Its new pricing page sells Talent Acquisition in two bundles, Core and Perform, and puts every AI feature that reads or compares applicants on Perform. The $78 job post and $70 to $240 monthly plans you still see quoted came from a page that is now gone. Here is what each bundle includes, the one real quote in circulation, and what it costs to rank every hospitality applicant without a new platform contract.
Learn moreApploi pricing
Apploi publishes no prices. Its pricing page splits healthcare employers into four segments and names a different pricing unit for each: locations for senior living and skilled nursing, aides for home health, BCBAs for behavioral health. Here is what each unit means for your quote, what the AI does and does not do, and what it costs to rank clinical applicants without a new platform contract.
Learn moreHireology pricing
Hireology publishes no price. Its own packages page names two plans, Core and Perform, and puts every AI feature that reads applicants on Perform. The $249 and $499 figures you see quoted belong to plan names Hireology no longer sells. Here is what each plan includes, what the one published rate ($3 per AI Interview over the cap) means, and what it costs to have applicants ranked without a new ATS contract.
