Harri pricing and what Harri costs on the Core and Perform hiring bundles
Harri does not publish a price. Its pricing page, which moved from harri.com to harri.ai in September 2026, sells three product bundles, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management and Engage360, and every plan inside them reads Custom, contact for pricing. Talent Acquisition comes as Core or Perform. Core covers sourcing, career portals, job board integration, applicant tracking and onboarding. Perform adds the AI: screening calls, profile matching, candidate summaries and candidate comparison.

So the first question for a restaurant, hotel or retail operator is not the dollar figure but which bundle your quote is built on, because the AI that reads applicants is not in the one marked Most Popular. Below is every Harri price in circulation graded by source, what Core and Perform each include, how the Carri and Salli agents are sold, and what it costs to rank every applicant on the systems you already run.

Why it works
What a published screening price changes for an operator pricing Harri
A number before the demo
Harri quotes every operator, from one restaurant to a franchise group. Prescreener publishes $199, $499 and $1,290 a month, or half that billed yearly, so the hiring budget exists before the first call.
AI ranking on the plan you start on
Harri keeps AI screening calls, profile matching and candidate comparison on Perform. Prescreener scores and ranks every applicant on every plan, because ranking the pile is the whole product.
No new system of record
If scheduling, time and pay already run fine, you do not need a workforce suite to fix the applicant pile. Prescreener runs next to the ATS or job boards you already use.
What it handles
Parsed, scored and ranked on autopilot
Prescreener reads every inbound resume, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, asks the screening questions you set, scores role-fit against consistent criteria, and ranks the applicant pile so your recruiters review the top matches first.
- Reads every line cook, server, housekeeper and front desk application as it arrives
- Applies your knockout rules, such as age for serving alcohol, weekend availability or a food handler card, the same way to every applicant
- Scores role-fit with the written evidence behind each placement
- Ranks the pile so the general manager calls the strongest applicants first
- Runs alongside Harri, Workstream, Hireology or any ATS you already use
- Published monthly and yearly prices, no setup fee
Why Prescreener
One step that screens the whole inbound pile
Not a full ATS, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Parse, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the criteria you already hire on.
Reads every resume
Prescreener parses every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, and asks the screening questions you set. Applicants consent and are told AI is screening their application, so no qualified person sits in a backlog for days.
Scores role-fit consistently
Every applicant is scored against the same criteria, with a transparent reason on each candidate, so the pile is compared consistently and the scoring stays bias-audited to support EEOC standards and NYC Local Law 144.
Ranks the pile
The strongest matches rise to the top of a ranked pile your recruiters review first. Prescreener never auto-rejects, it ranks and flags candidates for review, and your team makes every decision.
In depth
Harri pricing, bundle by bundle and source by source
How much does Harri cost?
Harri does not say. harri.ai/pricing lists a Core and a Perform bundle for Talent Acquisition, a Base, Core and Perform bundle for Workforce Management, and Engage360 as a layer that requires one of the other two. Every one of them reads Custom, contact for pricing, and every button leads to a demo request. There is no per-location rate, no per-employee rate and no free trial on the page.
The only detailed quote in public comes from Connecteam, which sells a competing workforce app, so read it with that in mind. In a January 2026 review, Connecteam reported a quote for a hypothetical hospitality business of about 100 employees: roughly $875 a month billed monthly for Harri's employee experience platform, an implementation fee of about $2,800, and Harri IQ analytics at about $375 a month plus about $625 to implement. The sales rep also said per-user fees may apply beyond a certain headcount and that annual or quarterly billing can be discounted, without giving numbers.
| Source | What it says about Harri cost | How far to trust it |
|---|---|---|
| harri.ai pricing page | Core and Perform for hiring, all Custom, contact for pricing | Primary source for what each bundle includes. Silent on cost |
| Connecteam review, Jan 2026 | About $875 a month for roughly 100 employees, about $2,800 implementation | Medium. A real quote, but one company size, reported by a competitor |
| Connecteam review, Jan 2026 | Harri IQ about $375 a month plus about $625 setup | Medium. Same quote, same caveat |
| Betterteam listing | $78 for one job post, Silver $70, Gold $168, Platinum $240 a month | Out of date. The harri.com page these came from now returns 410 Gone |
| Software directories | No free plan, no free trial | Consistent with Harri's own page |

Harri Core vs Perform, what each hiring bundle includes
Core is labelled Most Popular and described as the essentials to source and hire fast. It includes talent sourcing, career portals, job board integration, a talent pool, the applicant tracking system, onboarding, document storage and reporting. That is a complete hiring workflow, but none of it reads an application for you.
Perform is described as AI-powered hiring at enterprise scale. On top of everything in Core it adds AI Screening Calls, an advanced talent pool, AI Profile Matching, AI Candidate Summary, AI Candidate Comparison and a wage matrix. If the reason you are looking at Harri is that managers cannot get through applications, Perform is the bundle that addresses it, and it is the one you should ask to have priced.

Does Harri use AI to screen applicants, and does it cost extra?
Yes, in two places. Inside the Perform bundle, Harri lists AI Screening Calls, profile matching and candidate summaries. On top of any bundle, Harri sells add-ons, and the hiring one is Carri, a conversational hiring agent that Harri says screens, qualifies and books candidates around the clock. Harri's Hire page describes its conversational AI screening as chatting with candidates, asking the right questions and ranking applicants automatically. Salli, Harri's AI assistant, is live for operations, while the hiring tab of the pricing page does not yet list it as available.
What Harri does not publish is the price of Perform over Core or of the Carri add-on, so ask for both in writing. Also note what the AI acts on. Carri ranks applicants from a conversation the candidate completes. If a large share of applicants never finish the chat, they never get ranked. Our guide to how AI resume screening works explains the difference between screening a conversation and screening the application itself.
| Screening task | Harri | Prescreener |
|---|---|---|
| What the AI evaluates | A screening call or chat, plus profile matches | The application and resume as submitted |
| Where it is sold | Perform bundle, plus the Carri add-on | Every plan |
| Output per applicant | Match, AI summary, comparison, booked interview | Role-fit score plus written reasons |
| Applicants who skip the chat | Not ranked by the chat agent | Ranked from what they submitted |
| Published price | No | $199, $499, $1,290 a month, or half billed yearly |

Why the $78 job post and $70 a month Harri plans are out of date
Many pages still quote Harri at $78 for a single job post with ten candidate connections, $199 for three posts, $299 for five, or Silver, Gold and Platinum monthly plans at $70, $168 and $240. Those figures came from Harri's old self-serve job posting page. That page, harri.com/post-jobs, now returns 410 Gone, and harri.com/pricing redirects to it. The current harri.ai pricing page has no self-serve plan and no per-post price.
So do not budget from those numbers, and treat any comparison site that still prints them as unreviewed. If you are a single location that only wants to post jobs, the job boards themselves are cheaper to start with. If you want Harri's hiring bundle, the honest starting point today is a quote.
What to budget for a year of Harri
Because no rate is published, the useful way to budget is to price every line a quote can contain. The table runs the one detailed quote in circulation over a year. It was for about 100 employees on Harri's broader employee experience platform, not for the hiring bundle alone, so use it as an order of magnitude rather than a figure for your budget.
Then compare it with the job you actually need done. If scheduling and pay already work and the problem is that applications arrive faster than managers can read them, a screening layer that ranks every applicant costs $1,188 a year on Prescreener Starter billed yearly, for up to 1,000 applicants a month. The ATS pricing comparison lists every system that does publish a rate.
| Line | Monthly | One year | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Harri platform, about 100 employees | About $875 | About $10,500 | Connecteam quote, Jan 2026 |
| Harri implementation | One time | About $2,800 | Same quote |
| Harri IQ analytics add-on | About $375 | About $4,500 plus about $625 setup | Same quote |
| Prescreener Starter, any number of locations | $99 billed yearly | $1,188 | Published, up to 1,000 applicants a month |
| Prescreener Growth | $249 billed yearly | $2,988 | Published, up to 5,000 applicants a month |

Harri vs Prescreener, which fits your hospitality team?
Harri is built for hospitality and says six of the ten largest hospitality brands run on it. If you operate many restaurants or hotels and want hiring, scheduling, time and pay, engagement and training on one login, it deserves a quote, and so do the platforms it is usually compared with. Read Workstream pricing and Hireology pricing before the call.
Prescreener does one job. It reads every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility rules the same way to every applicant, scores role-fit and ranks the pile with a written reason for each placement, next to whatever ATS or job board you use. It fits best when the hours go into reading applications rather than building schedules. See how it handles restaurant and hotel roles on hospitality hiring screening.

Learn moreWorkstream pricing
Workstream publishes four plans and no prices. Every card on its pricing page ends in Get in touch, and its own blog says the quote follows location count, headcount and modules. The one dollar figure Workstream has printed itself is a negotiated $50 per location a month for A&W franchisees. Here is each figure graded, what each plan includes, and what it costs to rank applicants without a new platform contract.
Learn moreApploi pricing
Apploi publishes no prices. Its pricing page splits healthcare employers into four segments and names a different pricing unit for each: locations for senior living and skilled nursing, aides for home health, BCBAs for behavioral health. Here is what each unit means for your quote, what the AI does and does not do, and what it costs to rank clinical applicants without a new platform contract.
Learn moreHireology pricing
Hireology publishes no price. Its own packages page names two plans, Core and Perform, and puts every AI feature that reads applicants on Perform. The $249 and $499 figures you see quoted belong to plan names Hireology no longer sells. Here is what each plan includes, what the one published rate ($3 per AI Interview over the cap) means, and what it costs to have applicants ranked without a new ATS contract.
Learn moreParadox AI pricing
Paradox publishes no rate for Olivia or any other product, and Workday ownership has not changed that. The only figure you can trace to a listing is a $1,000 a month starting price on Capterra. Everything larger is a third-party estimate, and the estimates disagree.
Learn moreCareerPlug pricing
CareerPlug publishes no rate on its website. Its help center names three plans, Limited, Hire and Grow, and spells out the billing terms, and the only dollar figure in circulation is a third-party estimate of about $50 per location a month.
