Tracker RMS pricing and what Tracker costs per user for a staffing agency

Tracker RMS publishes two of its four prices. On tracker-rms.com/plans, Launch costs $79 per user a month and Core costs $99 per user a month, both billed monthly. Launch is capped at five recruiters and is offered only in US dollars and pounds. Professional and Enterprise say Custom pricing and route to sales. Every plan carries a six-month minimum commitment, and Tracker says annual subscriptions get a discount without printing how much.

Impact ratio reports for your audit

That is more than most of the directories ranking for this search will tell you. Several still describe every Tracker tier as quote-only. The figures below come from Tracker's own plan cards, feature table and FAQ, checked October 12, 2026, and every third-party number is labelled as such.

Why it works

What a flat screening price changes for an agency pricing Tracker

No extra seat to rank applicants

Tracker bills every recruiter by the month. Prescreener bills by applicant volume, so the person who reads the overnight pile does not need another license. Starter covers up to 1,000 applicants a month.

No AI limit to manage

Tracker trains its customers on how AI limits work across a plan and does not print the allowance. Prescreener scores every applicant on the plan, with the written evidence behind each score.

Month to month

Tracker asks for six months up front. Prescreener is $199, $499 or $1,290 a month, or half that billed yearly, and runs beside Tracker or any other agency ATS.

What it handles

Parsed, scored and ranked on autopilot

Prescreener reads every inbound resume, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, asks the screening questions you set, scores role-fit against consistent criteria, and ranks the applicant pile so your recruiters review the top matches first.

  • Reads every inbound resume and application on a job order as it arrives, with no per-seat fee
  • Applies your knockout rules, such as work authorization, certifications, shift or location, the same way to every applicant
  • Scores role-fit against the job order with the written evidence behind each score
  • Ranks the pile so recruiters submit the strongest candidates to the client first
  • Runs next to Tracker, Bullhorn, JobDiva or any agency ATS, so placements, timesheets and invoicing stay where they are

Why Prescreener

One step that screens the whole inbound pile

Not a full ATS, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Parse, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the criteria you already hire on.

Reads every resume

Prescreener parses every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, and asks the screening questions you set. Applicants consent and are told AI is screening their application, so no qualified person sits in a backlog for days.

Scores role-fit consistently

Every applicant is scored against the same criteria, with a transparent reason on each candidate, so the pile is compared consistently and the scoring comes with impact ratio reports for your EEOC and NYC Local Law 144 audit work.

Ranks the pile

The strongest matches rise to the top of a ranked pile your recruiters review first. Prescreener never auto-rejects, it ranks and flags candidates for review, and your team makes every decision.

In depth

Tracker RMS pricing, plan by plan

How much does Tracker RMS cost?

Tracker's own FAQ answers it in one line: pricing starts at $79 per user a month for the Launch tier, for up to five users, and goes up from there for Core, Professional and Enterprise. All plans include unlimited candidates, jobs and records. Launch and Core carry a Purchase Now button, so a small agency can buy without a demo. Professional and Enterprise show Custom pricing and a Get a Demo button.

Two terms sit under those numbers. The plan cards say billed monthly, but the FAQ adds that a six-month minimum commitment is required, so the smallest Launch account, one recruiter, commits to $474 and a full five-seat Launch account to $2,370 before it can leave. Annual subscriptions are discounted against monthly billing, but the discount is agreed with sales and is not printed.

Plan Published price Who Tracker says it is for How you buy
Launch $79 per user a month, billed monthly. USD and GBP only Agencies starting up or getting their first ATS and CRM, up to 5 recruiters Purchase Now or demo
Core $99 per user a month, billed monthly Growing teams ready to scale Purchase Now or demo
Professional Custom pricing Established agencies with advanced needs Contact sales
Enterprise Custom pricing Large organizations with complex requirements Contact sales

Tracker RMS price per user for 5, 10 and 25 recruiters

Because Launch stops at five recruiters, any agency with six or more users starts on Core at $99 a seat. The table multiplies the printed rate by the number of recruiters and by 12 months. It leaves out job board subscriptions, which Tracker says you buy separately, and any annual discount, which Tracker does not print.

For a printed comparison, Bullhorn lists $99 per user a month on Starter and $165 on Core. A 10 recruiter agency on Tracker Core and one on Bullhorn Starter pay the same $11,880 a year for the seat, so the decision turns on what each plan includes, not on the rate. Our Bullhorn pricing breakdown covers every Bullhorn tier.

Team Tracker Launch Tracker Core Six-month minimum on Core
5 recruiters $395 a month, $4,740 a year $495 a month, $5,940 a year $2,970
10 recruiters Not available above 5 users $990 a month, $11,880 a year $5,940
25 recruiters Not available above 5 users $2,475 a month, $29,700 a year $14,850

What each Tracker plan adds

Every plan includes the full CRM and ATS, unlimited job, applicant and candidate records, posting to more than 1,000 job boards, multi-channel job board search, career site integration and standard reporting. Tracker also lists candidate search and match with an AI ranking engine on all four plans.

Core is where most agencies will land. It adds the AI Content Suite, the client portal, Outlook and Gmail add-ins, the mobile app, billing and invoicing, e-signature, custom reporting and placement workflow automation. Professional adds the automation and back office pieces a temp desk needs: timesheets, payroll integrations with QuickBooks, Xero and Sage, candidate compliance, the candidate portal, the Video Suite, REST API access and white-glove onboarding. Enterprise adds full back office and payroll, shift management, company compliance automation and case management.

Does Tracker RMS use AI to screen candidates?

Partly, and inside search. TrackerAI is sold as three layers: generative AI that scores candidates against your job spec, agents that run background tasks, and EVA, a conversational assistant that answers requests such as show me the top three candidates for this role. Tracker's training material describes five ready-made agents for tasks like screening, scoring and formatting, including an Alignment Score Agent that recruiters use to justify a shortlist.

Two things are not published. The first is the allowance: Tracker's training sessions cover how AI limits work across your team's plan, but the plans page prints no number of scores, agent runs or credits. The second is the scope. EVA ranks the candidates a recruiter asks about, and the AI Content Suite writes screening questions. Neither is described as a score for every person who applies to a job, with written reasons, as they arrive.

That second job is what Prescreener does at a published price. It reads each inbound resume, applies your knockout rules, scores role-fit with evidence and ranks the pile, and a recruiter still makes every decision. See how agencies use it on our staffing agency resume screening page.

Why some sites still say Tracker RMS is quote-only

Most pages that rank for Tracker pricing were written before the plan cards went up. Toolradar describes Starter, Professional and Enterprise tiers that are all quote-based, which matches neither the current plan names nor the printed Launch and Core rates. One spend-management site lists a product called Tracker at $79 to $499 a month with per-asset limits, which reads like a different product altogether. Treat both as out of date and use the vendor's own page.

Source What it says about Tracker cost How far to trust it
tracker-rms.com/plans Launch $79, Core $99 per user a month, Professional and Enterprise custom, six-month minimum Primary source
Toolradar Starter, Professional and Enterprise, all quote-based Out of date. Plan names and pricing model no longer match
SaaSworthy No free plan Consistent with the vendor

How Tracker RMS pricing compares with other staffing platforms

Tracker is now one of the few agency systems that prints an entry rate next to Bullhorn and Recruit CRM. JobDiva, Avionte and Ceipal publish nothing on their own sites. Read the table as the price of the seat alone, because on most of these platforms the AI that reads applicants sits on a higher tier, a credit pool or a quote. Our JobDiva pricing and Recruit CRM pricing pages show how that plays out, and the ATS pricing comparison lines up 29 systems.

Platform Published price per user a month Where AI screening sits
Tracker RMS $79 Launch (up to 5 users), $99 Core. Professional and Enterprise quoted AI ranking in search on all plans, AI Content Suite from Core, limits not published
Bullhorn $99 Starter, $165 Core. Pro and Max quoted Amplify AI from Pro. Agentic screening on Max only
Recruit CRM $95, $135, $215 AI matching billed from a monthly credit pool
Zoho Recruit, Staffing Agency edition $25, $50, $75 billed annually AI screening from the $50 tier
JobDiva None published Not published
Prescreener No seat fee. $199, $499 or $1,290 a month flat Included. It is the product

What to ask Tracker before you sign

On Launch and Core the rate is printed, so the questions are about terms. Ask what the annual discount is in dollars, whether the six-month minimum renews automatically, and what happens to the rate if you drop seats mid-term. Ask for the AI limit on your plan in numbers, and what happens when the team reaches it. On Professional and Enterprise, ask for the per-user rate in writing, the onboarding fee if any, and which back office pieces are in the base price.

Then price the screening job on its own. If the reason you are looking is a pile of applicants nobody has time to read, compare the cost of a Professional upgrade with a flat Prescreener plan that ranks every applicant beside the ATS you already run.

Good questions

Questions about tracker RMS pricing

Tracker RMS costs $79 per user a month on Launch, for up to five recruiters, and $99 per user a month on Core, both billed monthly with a six-month minimum commitment. Professional and Enterprise are custom priced through sales. Job board subscriptions such as LinkedIn or Indeed are bought separately.
Tracker's plans page shows no free trial and no free plan. Launch and Core can be bought directly with a Purchase Now button, and every plan offers a personalized demo. SaaSworthy also lists no free plan. Ask sales whether a sandbox is available before you commit to the six-month minimum.
At the entry level, slightly. Tracker Launch is $79 per user a month for up to five users against $99 for Bullhorn Starter. Tracker Core at $99 costs the same as Bullhorn Starter and less than Bullhorn Core at $165. Compare what each plan includes, because back office and AI features sit on different tiers.
Yes. Every plan lists candidate search and match with an AI ranking engine, and Core adds the AI Content Suite for screening questions and candidate summaries. TrackerAI also includes EVA, an assistant, and agents for screening, scoring and formatting. Tracker says AI limits apply per plan but does not publish the amounts.
Yes. Prescreener is a screening layer, not a system of record, so it runs beside Tracker or any agency ATS. It reads and ranks the applicants on a job order and your recruiters review the shortlist. Placements, timesheets and invoicing stay in Tracker. Plans start at $199 a month, or $99 billed yearly.
