JobDiva pricing and what JobDiva costs per month for a staffing agency
JobDiva does not publish a price. There is no pricing page on jobdiva.com (the /pricing address returns a 404), no plan names, no per-user rate and no trial offer. Every path on the site ends at a demo request or the sales phone line, so the only way to get a number is to describe your agency to a salesperson and wait for a proposal.

That leaves a staffing agency owner comparing a quote against figures from comparison sites, and those figures have no source behind them. Below is every JobDiva price in circulation graded by where it comes from, what the subscription includes according to JobDiva's own pages, how its AI is described, what Bullhorn and other staffing platforms print, and what it costs to have every inbound applicant read and ranked at a published rate.

Why it works
What a published screening price changes for an agency pricing JobDiva
A rate you can read today
JobDiva quotes after a demo. Prescreener publishes $199, $499 and $1,290 a month, or half that billed yearly, so the screening line of your budget is settled before the sales call.
No charge per recruiter
Staffing platforms bill by the seat. Prescreener bills by applicant volume, so adding a recruiter to the desk does not raise the screening bill. Starter covers up to 1,000 applicants a month.
A ranked pile with reasons
Search and match finds people in your database when a recruiter runs it. Prescreener reads every inbound applicant as it arrives, scores role-fit against the requisition and writes the evidence behind each score.
What it handles
Parsed, scored and ranked on autopilot
Prescreener reads every inbound resume, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, asks the screening questions you set, scores role-fit against consistent criteria, and ranks the applicant pile so your recruiters review the top matches first.
- Reads every inbound resume and application as it arrives, with no per-seat fee
- Applies your knockout rules, such as work authorization, certifications, shift or location, the same way to every applicant
- Scores role-fit against the requisition with the written evidence behind each score
- Ranks the pile so recruiters submit the strongest candidates to the client first
- Runs next to JobDiva, Bullhorn or any agency ATS, so nothing has to be migrated
Why Prescreener
One step that screens the whole inbound pile
Not a full ATS, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Parse, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the criteria you already hire on.
Reads every resume
Prescreener parses every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, and asks the screening questions you set. Applicants consent and are told AI is screening their application, so no qualified person sits in a backlog for days.
Scores role-fit consistently
Every applicant is scored against the same criteria, with a transparent reason on each candidate, so the pile is compared consistently and the scoring stays bias-audited to support EEOC standards and NYC Local Law 144.
Ranks the pile
The strongest matches rise to the top of a ranked pile your recruiters review first. Prescreener never auto-rejects, it ranks and flags candidates for review, and your team makes every decision.
In depth
JobDiva pricing, source by source
How much does JobDiva cost?
JobDiva does not say. Its website has no pricing page, and the address where one would sit returns a page-not-found error. The site lists no editions, no per-user rate and no starting price. What it does describe is a single platform for staffing organizations, sold through a demo, so a JobDiva price is a proposal written for one agency after sales has heard the recruiter count, the modules wanted and how much back office work the system will carry.
The review directories confirm the gap. Software Advice shows pricing as available upon request, Capterra tells buyers to contact the vendor, and Vendr's marketplace listing for JobDiva carries no contract data. If a website prints a dollar figure for JobDiva, it did not get it from any of those places.
| Source | What it says about JobDiva cost | How far to trust it |
|---|---|---|
| jobdiva.com | No pricing page, no plans, no rate. Demo request and phone line only | Primary source. Silent on cost |
| Software Advice | Pricing available upon request | Consistent with JobDiva's own site |
| Capterra | Contact vendor for a starting price | Consistent with JobDiva's own site |
| Vendr marketplace | Product listing with no price data | Nothing to rely on yet |
| Aggregator and comparison sites | $80 to $250 per user a month in three bands | Low. No source, no date, no plan names that JobDiva uses |

JobDiva pricing per month and why the per-user figures online disagree
Search for JobDiva pricing per month and you will find tidy bands: $80 to $120 per user for a starter package, $120 to $180 for a growth package, $180 to $250 for a professional suite, and enterprise contracts from $60,000 a year. Another site puts the range at $90 to $125. None of these pages names a source, and the package names they use do not appear anywhere on jobdiva.com, which sells one platform and no tiers.
Those numbers read like estimates built from what similar staffing systems charge. They may land near a real quote and they may not. Do not carry one into a budget meeting as JobDiva's price. Use them, at most, as a sanity check on the proposal you receive, and get the per-user rate, the minimum seat count and the contract term from JobDiva in writing.
For a reference point that is printed, Bullhorn lists $99 and $165 per user a month for its two small-agency plans. Our JobDiva vs Bullhorn comparison runs the yearly cost for 5, 10 and 25 recruiters and sets it beside what JobDiva includes.
What does a JobDiva subscription include?
JobDiva's own FAQ describes one product built in-house for staffing organizations: an applicant tracking system, a client CRM, job management workflow, a careers portal, a job board resume harvester, a tool that pulls requisitions out of vendor management systems, timekeeping and billing, and its own VMS for agencies that run MSP programs. It states that all of these were developed by JobDiva as parts of one solution.
That breadth is the reason the quote varies. An agency that only wants the front office buys something different from one that runs timesheets, invoicing and a supplier-neutral MSP program on the same system. JobDiva does not publish which modules sit in the base subscription and which are priced on top, so ask for the proposal to list each one on its own line.
| Module named on jobdiva.com | What JobDiva says it does | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| ATS and CRM | Applicant tracking, client CRM and job workflow on one platform | None |
| Patented search | Search Skills by Relevant Years of Experience, with suggested matches | None |
| Resume harvester and VMS job sync | Pulls resumes from job boards and requisitions from VMS portals | None |
| DivaReach | Automated emails, texts and tasks to candidates and clients | None |
| e-interview | Scored proficiency exams and questionnaires, live and recorded video interviews | None |
| DivaChat | AI chatbot that answers questions from new hires and placed contractors | None |
| Back office suite | Timesheets, billing, contract and SOW project financials | None |
| DivaVMS | A vendor management system for running MSP programs | None |

Does JobDiva use AI to screen resumes?
JobDiva's core claim is search. Its patented method parses each resume and matches skills by years of relevant experience, and its ATS page says recruiters see suggested matches immediately and can narrow results to the exact job requirements. Its AI page adds that its R&D team is working with large language models and lists features it is rolling out: semantic-search resume summaries, email templates, chatbots, sentiment analysis and data extraction.
What JobDiva does not publish is a per-applicant screening product: a score for every person who applies, the written reasons for it, and a price for running it. Its AI page names no screening score and no metering. For an agency whose problem is 300 applications landing on one requisition overnight, that is the question to put to sales, because search answers who in the database fits this job, and screening answers which of the people who just applied should be called first.
Prescreener does the second job at a published price. It reads each inbound resume, applies your knockout rules, scores role-fit with evidence and ranks the pile. A recruiter still makes every decision, and nobody is rejected automatically. See how agencies use it on our staffing agency resume screening page.
| Screening task | JobDiva, per its own pages | Prescreener Starter |

How does JobDiva pricing compare with other staffing platforms?
Several of the systems a US staffing agency shortlists next to JobDiva do print a rate, which gives you something concrete to hold a quote against. Bullhorn prints two small-agency plans and quotes the rest. Recruit CRM prints all three. Manatal and Zoho Recruit sit well below both. Ceipal, like JobDiva, publishes nothing on its own site.
Read the table as rates for the seat alone. On most of these platforms the AI that reads applicants sits on a higher tier, a credit pool or a quoted add-on, which is where two similar-looking seat prices come apart. Our pages on Bullhorn pricing, Ceipal pricing and Recruit CRM pricing go through each one, and the ATS pricing comparison puts the systems that publish a rate in one table.
| Platform | Published price per user a month | Where AI screening sits |
|---|---|---|
| JobDiva | None published | Not published |
| Bullhorn | $99 Starter, $165 Core. Pro and Max quoted | Amplify AI from Pro. Agentic screening on Max only |
| Recruit CRM | $95, $135, $215 | AI matching billed from a monthly credit pool |
| Zoho Recruit, Staffing Agency edition | $25, $50, $75 billed annually | AI screening from the $50 tier |
| Manatal | $15, $35, $55 billed annually | AI candidate scoring on every plan |
| Ceipal | None on its own site | AI matching, price not published |
| Prescreener | No seat fee. $199, $499 or $1,290 a month flat | Included. It is the product |

What to ask JobDiva before you sign
Because nothing is printed, the demo call is where the price gets made. Ask for the per-user monthly rate and the minimum number of seats. Ask which modules are in the base subscription and which are extra, naming the back office suite, DivaVMS, DivaReach, e-interview and DivaChat one by one. Ask whether data migration, implementation and training are charged, and whether support by phone and email carries a fee.
Then ask about the term. Find out the contract length, the renewal increase written into the order form, and what happens to the rate if you remove seats mid-term. Finally, ask how the AI features on its roadmap will be billed once they ship, whether by seat, by usage or as a new tier. An agency that gets those answers in writing can compare JobDiva with a printed competitor line by line. If you are choosing a system for a desk-heavy agency, our guide to the best ATS for recruiters covers the alternatives that publish a rate.
