Ceipal vs JobDiva Pricing and AI Screening

Neither Ceipal nor JobDiva prints a price on its own site. Ceipal's vendor-supplied listing starts at $25 per user a month and JobDiva quotes every agency. What a 5, 10 or 25 recruiter agency can budget, where the AI matching sits, how credentialing and VMS compare, and which agencies should pick which.

Short answer: neither Ceipal nor JobDiva prints a price on its own website. Ceipal's vendor-supplied directory listing gives a starting unit of $25 per user a month, so it is the only one of the two with any figure you can budget from. JobDiva quotes every agency after a demo. Both sell one platform that runs from applicant tracking through VMS work, and neither publishes what it costs to have every inbound applicant read and ranked.

Both are systems of record for US staffing agencies, which is why they end up on the same shortlist. The facts below were read from ceipal.com and jobdiva.com and from the two vendors' directory listings, checked October 12, 2026. Where a figure comes from a third party, the text says so.

Ceipal starting floor per year, by team size $25 per user a month times recruiters times 12. A floor, not a quote. JobDiva prints no price to chart. Ceipal listed starting unit Prescreener Starter, billed yearly 5 recruiters $1,500 $1,188, no seat fee 10 recruiters $3,000 $1,188 25 recruiters $7,500 $1,188 Sources: Ceipal's vendor-supplied directory listing and prescreener.ai/pricing, checked October 12, 2026. Prescreener Starter ranks up to 1,000 applicants a month. Ceipal's AI matching and VMS cost extra in most quotes.

How much do Ceipal and JobDiva cost?

Ceipal keeps prices off its own site. Checked October 12, 2026, ceipal.com/pricing returns a 301 redirect to the homepage, and every call to action is a demo request. The one figure Ceipal stands behind sits on its directory listings, which vendors supply themselves: a starting price of $25 per user a month on a per-user, per-month model. That is a floor, not a quote. It does not say how many seats you must buy, whether AI matching is included or what the VMS adds. Our Ceipal pricing page grades every figure in circulation, including the $24 to $60 per user estimates that carry no source.

JobDiva publishes nothing at all. There is no pricing page, no plan name and no per-user rate, and Software Advice and Capterra both list pricing on request. Ranges of $80 to $250 per user a month on aggregator pages cite no source, so they are not JobDiva prices. The JobDiva pricing page separates what the vendor states from what is guessed.

10 recruiters$250 a month, $3,000 a year, before AI or VMSQuoted
25 recruiters$625 a month, $7,500 a year, before AI or VMSQuoted

Treat the Ceipal column as the lowest possible bill, not a likely one. Third-party writers mention a five-seat minimum that Ceipal itself does not state anywhere we could find, so confirm the minimum on the demo call.

Is Ceipal cheaper than JobDiva?

On published information, nobody can say. Ceipal has a known floor and JobDiva has none, but a floor on a per-user plan tells you where the ladder starts, not where your agency lands. What you can do is make the two proposals comparable, because the products draw their lines in different places.

A JobDiva proposal covers one in-house product. Its FAQ lists applicant tracking, client CRM, job workflow, a careers portal, a job board resume harvester, VMS job spidering, timekeeping and billing, and its own VMS and MSP system as parts of a single solution. Ceipal sells a stack of named products instead: the applicant tracking system with AI matching, Ceipal AI, a staffing VMS and workforce management, plus credentialing and invoicing for healthcare. So ask both vendors for the per-user rate, the seat minimum, the implementation fee and the renewal increase in writing, and make sure each quote names the same modules. The same exercise against Bullhorn is in our Ceipal vs Bullhorn and JobDiva vs Bullhorn comparisons.

Which one screens applicants with AI?

Ceipal is more direct about ranking. It describes AI matching inside its applicant tracking system and smart matching that orders resumes against the job, and its comparison page says users single out AI for matching, parsing and interview scheduling. For healthcare jobs it says the AI matches on clinical specialty, such as ICU, ER or OR, on certifications and on years of specialty experience. What Ceipal does not publish is the cost: no line item for Ceipal AI, no allowance and no metering.

JobDiva's strength is search on the database you already hold. It patents a method it calls Search Skills by Relevant Years of Experience, and its ATS page says recruiters see suggested matches immediately. Its AI page says the R&D team works with large language models and lists resume summaries, chatbots, sentiment analysis and data extraction as rolling out. It names no screening score and no AI price.

Ceipal vs JobDiva for healthcare staffing

Both vendors sell hard to healthcare agencies, and both cover credentialing, so the choice comes down to where each one is stronger. Ceipal names a credentialing module that tracks licenses, certifications and expiry dates, I-9 management, connectors to background check providers such as Sterling and Checkr, and workflows for travel nurse assignments, housing and per diem. It says its documentation workflows line up with Joint Commission and CMS requirements, and its AI matches on clinical specialty.

JobDiva's healthcare page describes credentialing management from data collection to expiration, with provisions for compact licenses and strike checking, all held in a portable Healthcare Wallet that practitioners manage from its mobile apps. It adds shift scheduling and matching with a Shift Marketplace, recruiting workflows for travel, locum tenens and per diem assignments, and a back office that handles multiple rates, stipends and local rules for overtime and PTO. For an agency that fills shifts as much as contracts, that shift layer is the difference worth demoing.

On either platform, credentialing still starts with paper. Licenses, BLS cards and immunization records arrive as scans and PDFs, and an agency handling hundreds a week often uses AI document data extraction to pull the license number and expiry date out of each file instead of typing them in. For the screening side of clinical hiring, see our healthcare hiring screening page.

What if the real problem is the applicant pile?

Many agencies comparing these two already have a system that stores candidates well. What they lack is the hours to read every application before the client's deadline, and switching the system of record does not buy those hours back. On both vendors the screening piece is the one you cannot price before a call.

Prescreener does that one job and runs beside Ceipal, JobDiva or any other ATS. It reads every inbound resume, applies your knockout rules the same way to every applicant, scores role-fit with the written evidence behind each score and ranks the pile so recruiters submit the strongest candidates first. A recruiter makes every decision, and nobody is rejected automatically. There is no seat pricing. Plans are $199, $499 and $1,290 a month, or $99, $249 and $645 a month billed yearly, and Starter reads and ranks up to 1,000 applicants a month. The numbers are on the Prescreener pricing page, and the agency workflow is on resume screening for staffing agencies.

Ceipal vs JobDiva frequently asked questions

Is Ceipal cheaper than JobDiva?

Nobody can say from published prices. Ceipal's vendor-supplied directory listing starts at $25 per user a month, while JobDiva publishes no price and quotes every agency. The $25 is a floor that excludes AI matching and the VMS in most quotes, so compare written proposals that list the same modules, seat minimum and renewal terms.

How much does Ceipal cost per user?

Ceipal's own directory listings give a starting price of $25 per user a month on a per-user, per-month model. Its website shows no price, and ceipal.com/pricing redirects to the homepage. Estimates of $24 to $60 per user on other sites carry no source. Get the seat minimum and AI pricing from Ceipal in writing.

Does JobDiva have a free trial?

No. JobDiva's website offers no free trial and no free version, and every route leads to a demo request or the sales phone line. Ceipal's site does not mention a trial either, although Software Advice lists one as available. Ask either vendor for a sandbox before you plan an evaluation around one.

Which is better for healthcare staffing, Ceipal or JobDiva?

Both cover credentialing, so it depends on the desk. Ceipal is stronger on published compliance pieces: I-9 management, Sterling and Checkr connectors and matching by clinical specialty. JobDiva is stronger on shifts: a Shift Marketplace, a Healthcare Wallet with compact license and strike checks, and rate and stipend handling for per diem and locum work.

Can I use Prescreener with Ceipal or JobDiva?

Yes. Prescreener is a screening layer, not a system of record, so it runs beside Ceipal, JobDiva or any agency ATS. It reads and ranks the applicants on a job order, your recruiters review the shortlist, and placements, credentialing and billing stay where they are. Plans start at $199 a month, or $99 billed yearly.
