Avionte pricing and Avionte cost per user for a staffing agency
Avionte does not publish a price. Avionté's website has no pricing page, no edition names, no per-user rate and no free trial. Its platform, AI and payroll pages all end at the same button, a demo request, so the only way to get a number is to describe your agency to a salesperson and wait for a proposal built for your branch count, recruiter seats and payroll volume.

That leaves a staffing agency owner holding a quote against figures from comparison sites, and the best known of those contradict each other by a factor of ten. Below is every Avionte price in circulation graded by where it comes from, what the AviontéBOLD subscription covers according to Avionte's own pages, how its AI Matching Agent and candidate scoring are sold, what Bullhorn and other staffing platforms print, and what it costs to have every inbound applicant read and ranked while you wait for sales to call back.

Why it works
What a published screening price changes for an agency pricing Avionte
A rate you can read today
Avionte quotes after a demo. Prescreener publishes $199, $499 and $1,290 a month, or half that billed yearly, so the screening line of your budget is settled before the first sales call.
No charge per recruiter
Staffing platforms bill by the seat. Prescreener bills by applicant volume, so adding a recruiter at a busy branch does not raise the screening bill. Starter covers up to 1,000 applicants a month.
No migration to get AI
Avionte's AI lives inside AviontéBOLD, so you get it by moving your front and back office. Prescreener ranks inbound applicants beside the system you already run, and nothing has to be migrated.
What it handles
Parsed, scored and ranked on autopilot
Prescreener reads every inbound resume, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, asks the screening questions you set, scores role-fit against consistent criteria, and ranks the applicant pile so your recruiters review the top matches first.
- Reads every inbound resume and application as it arrives, with no per-seat fee
- Applies your knockout rules, such as work authorization, shift availability, forklift certification or a drug screen consent, the same way to every applicant
- Scores role-fit against the job order with the written evidence behind each score
- Ranks the pile so recruiters call the strongest light industrial and clerical applicants first
- Runs next to Avionte, Bullhorn, JobDiva or any agency ATS, so payroll and billing stay where they are
Why Prescreener
One step that screens the whole inbound pile
Not a full ATS, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Parse, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the criteria you already hire on.
Reads every resume
Prescreener parses every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, and asks the screening questions you set. Applicants consent and are told AI is screening their application, so no qualified person sits in a backlog for days.
Scores role-fit consistently
Every applicant is scored against the same criteria, with a transparent reason on each candidate, so the pile is compared consistently and the scoring comes with impact ratio reports for your EEOC and NYC Local Law 144 audit work.
Ranks the pile
The strongest matches rise to the top of a ranked pile your recruiters review first. Prescreener never auto-rejects, it ranks and flags candidates for review, and your team makes every decision.
In depth
Avionte pricing graded source by source
How much does Avionte cost?
Avionte does not say. Checked October 8, 2026, avionte.com has no pricing page and its sitemap lists none. The platform, AI and automation, payroll and billing and mobile pages describe what the software does and send every visitor to a demo request. There are no edition names, no starting price and no per-user rate in public, which means an Avionte price is a proposal written for one agency after sales has heard how many recruiters, branches and weekly paychecks the system will carry.
The review directories confirm the gap. Software Advice shows Avionté pricing as available upon request across its 168 reviews, and Vendr's marketplace has no contract data for it. If a website prints a single dollar figure as Avionte's price, it did not get it from Avionte or from either of those places.
| Source | What it says about Avionte cost | How far to trust it |
|---|---|---|
| avionte.com | No pricing page, no editions, no rate, no trial. Demo request only | Primary source. Silent on cost |
| Software Advice | Pricing available upon request, 168 reviews | Consistent with Avionte's own site |
| Vendr marketplace | No price data | Nothing to rely on yet |
| ITQlick pricing page | Starts at $750 per month, about $90,000 to $120,000 a year for 10 users | Low. No source, and the same site also prints $75 |
| ITQlick comparison table | $75 per user a month, estimated | Low. Labelled an estimate by the site itself |

Avionte pricing per user and why the figures online disagree
Search for Avionte pricing per user and the same comparison site gives two answers. Its Avionte pricing page says the software starts at $750 per month and works a 10-user agency out at roughly $7,500 a month, or $90,000 to $120,000 in the first year before implementation. A comparison table on the same site lists Avionte at $75 per user a month, marked as an estimate, which would make that same 10-user agency about $9,000 a year. One of those numbers is ten times the other, and neither cites a quote, a contract or Avionte itself.
Read both as what they are, guesses built from what similar staffing systems charge. The higher figure probably reflects an agency buying payroll, billing and onboarding together, the lower one a front-office seat. Do not carry either into a budget meeting as Avionte's price. Get the per-user rate, the minimum seat count, the payroll processing fee if any and the contract term from Avionte in writing, then compare.
For a reference point that is printed, Bullhorn lists $99 and $165 per user a month for its two small-agency plans. Our Avionte vs Bullhorn comparison runs the yearly cost for 5, 10 and 25 recruiters and sets it beside what Avionte bundles.
What does an Avionte subscription include?
Avionte sells one platform, AviontéBOLD, as a single system of record for a staffing agency. Its platform page puts front-office sales, recruiting and workforce management in the same database as back-office payroll and billing, with time approval flowing straight into payroll and invoices. It describes itself as built for high-volume staffing, says more than 1,000 agencies run on it, and holds SOC 2 Type II compliance. Software Advice's listing adds that Avionté processes over $15 billion in payroll and works with more than 80 integration partners.
That breadth is why the quote varies so much. An agency that only wants an ATS and CRM is buying something different from one that runs W-2 payroll for 2,000 temporary workers a week, onboarding, a talent mobile app and a vendor management system on the same platform. Avionte does not publish which modules sit in the base subscription, so ask for the proposal to list each one on its own line.
| Module named on avionte.com | What Avionte says it does | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| ATS and CRM | Job orders, client rate structures, candidate pipeline and communication history | None |
| Payroll and billing | Approve time, process payroll and generate invoices without duplicate entry | None |
| Onboarding | Paperless onboarding from offer to first shift | None |
| Avionté Mobile | Talent app for high-volume staffing, formerly WorkN | None |
| Vendor management system | VMS for agencies running client programs | None |
| Business intelligence | Gross profit by client, job order, recruiter and branch | None |
| AI and automation | AI Matching Agent, job description and interview script generators | None |

Does Avionte use AI to screen candidates?
Yes, inside its own platform. Avionte's AI page describes an AI Matching Agent that ranks your strongest candidates as soon as a recruiter opens a job, shows a match reason for each one, and lets the recruiter change the weight given to skills, location or pay on the same screen before nominating candidates in bulk. Its candidate scoring page says AviontéBOLD ranks applicants by fit. The same page lists an AI job description generator, auto matching and talent rediscovery, and an interview script and summary generator.
Two things are not published. The first is a price: Avionte names no AI tier, add-on or usage fee, so whether the Matching Agent is in your quote is a question for sales. The second is a way to use it without moving. Avionte says plainly that its AI is native to AviontéBOLD and depends on front office, back office and talent data living in one system, so an agency on Bullhorn, JobDiva or Tempworks gets the Matching Agent by migrating its payroll and billing, not by adding a tool.
Prescreener does the inbound screening job at a published price beside whatever you already run. It reads each new resume, applies your knockout rules, scores role-fit with written evidence and ranks the pile. A recruiter makes every decision, and nobody is rejected automatically. See how agencies use it on our staffing agency resume screening page.
| Screening task | Avionte, per its own pages | Prescreener Starter |

| Written evidence per score | Match reason shown per candidate | Yes, quoted from the resume |
| Works beside another ATS | No. Native to AviontéBOLD | Yes, runs next to any ATS |

How does Avionte pricing compare with other staffing platforms?
Several systems a US staffing agency shortlists next to Avionte print a rate, which gives you something concrete to hold a quote against. Bullhorn prints two small-agency plans and quotes the rest. Recruit CRM prints all three of its plans. Zoho Recruit and Manatal sit well below both. JobDiva and Ceipal, like Avionte, print nothing on their own sites.
Read the table as rates for the front-office seat. None of the printed figures includes W-2 payroll and billing, which Avionte and JobDiva build in and Bullhorn sells through its back office products and partners, so an all-in Avionte quote and a Bullhorn Starter seat are not the same purchase. Our pages on Bullhorn pricing, JobDiva pricing and Ceipal pricing go through each one, and the ATS pricing comparison puts the systems that publish a rate in one table.
| Platform | Published price per user a month | Where AI screening sits |
|---|---|---|
| Avionte | None published | AI Matching Agent inside AviontéBOLD, price not published |
| Bullhorn | $99 Starter, $165 Core. Pro and Max quoted | Amplify AI from Pro. Agentic screening on Max only |
| JobDiva | None published | Patented skills search, AI price not published |
| Recruit CRM | $95, $135, $215 | AI matching billed from a monthly credit pool |
| Zoho Recruit, Staffing Agency edition | $25, $50, $75 billed annually | AI screening from the $50 tier |
| Manatal | $15, $35, $55 billed annually | AI candidate scoring on every plan |
| Prescreener | No seat fee. $199, $499 or $1,290 a month flat | Included. It is the product |

What to ask Avionte before you sign
Because nothing is printed, the demo call is where the price gets made. Ask for the per-user monthly rate and the minimum number of seats. Ask whether payroll is priced per seat, per paycheck or per worker on assignment, because for a light industrial agency running thousands of checks a week that line can outweigh the recruiter seats. Ask which modules are in the base subscription, naming payroll and billing, onboarding, Avionté Mobile, the VMS, business intelligence and the AI Matching Agent one by one.
Then ask about the move. Find out what data migration and implementation cost, how long the cutover from your current ATS and payroll takes, and whether training is charged per module. Ask for the contract length, the renewal increase written into the order form and what happens to the rate if you remove seats mid-term. An agency that gets those answers in writing can compare Avionte with a printed competitor line by line. If you are still choosing a system, our guide to the best ATS for recruiters covers the alternatives that publish a rate.

Ceipal used to have a pricing page. It does not any more: the URL now redirects to the homepage. Here is what the company still states, what its own directory listing says, and why the per-user figures circulating elsewhere disagree with each other by a factor of two.
Learn moreRecruit CRM pricing
Recruit CRM now prints $95, $135 and $215 per user a month, but AI Candidate Matching and AI Sourcing moved to a shared credit pool, so the seat price is not the full price of using its AI.

Learn moreCrelate pricing
Crelate publishes two rates on its pricing page and marks the top two tiers Custom. Its own structured data puts a floor under both: $149 and $299 per user. The contract adds an automatic renewal increase most buyers never see before signing.

Recruiterflow publishes one rate and hides the cheaper one in JavaScript. The card says $149 per user; the annual price is $119, and it is not in the served HTML at all. Here is what each plan costs, and why the plan with the matching agent has no price.
