Pinpoint ATS pricing and what a Pinpoint HQ quote includes
Pinpoint does not publish a price. The pricing link on pinpointhq.com leads to a request form that promises a short call about your company and hiring process, a product overview, and then a number. There is no rate card, no per-user figure and no self-serve checkout, and Pinpoint says on the same page that company size does not always match hiring complexity, which is its way of saying the quote depends on more than headcount.

So an in-house recruiting lead evaluating Pinpoint ends up comparing a pending quote with figures from comparison sites, and the two best known of those do not agree. Below is every Pinpoint price in circulation graded by where it comes from, what the plans are said to include, how the AI Match Score is sold, what Greenhouse, Workable, Teamtailor and other rivals print, and what it costs to have every applicant read and ranked while you wait for the proposal.
Why it works
What a published screening price changes for a team pricing Pinpoint
A rate you can read today
Pinpoint quotes after a call. Prescreener publishes $199, $499 and $1,290 a month, or half that billed yearly, so the screening line of your hiring budget is settled before any sales conversation.
No new ATS to get AI ranking
Pinpoint's AI Match Score works inside Pinpoint, so you get it by switching applicant tracking systems. Prescreener ranks inbound applicants beside the ATS you already run, with nothing to migrate.
Billed by applicant volume
Starter covers up to 1,000 applicants a month with no seat fee. Adding hiring managers or recruiters does not change the bill, and a busy quarter is a plan change rather than a contract renegotiation.
What it handles
Parsed, scored and ranked on autopilot
Prescreener reads every inbound resume, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, asks the screening questions you set, scores role-fit against consistent criteria, and ranks the applicant pile so your recruiters review the top matches first.
- Reads every inbound resume and application as it arrives
- Applies your knockout rules, such as work authorization, location, license or shift availability, the same way to every applicant
- Scores role-fit against your criteria with the written evidence behind each score
- Ranks the pile so recruiters and hiring managers open the strongest applicants first
- Runs next to Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, Pinpoint or any other ATS, with a recruiter making every decision
Why Prescreener
One step that screens the whole inbound pile
Not a full ATS, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Parse, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the criteria you already hire on.
Reads every resume
Prescreener parses every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, and asks the screening questions you set. Applicants consent and are told AI is screening their application, so no qualified person sits in a backlog for days.
Scores role-fit consistently
Every applicant is scored against the same criteria, with a transparent reason on each candidate, so the pile is compared consistently and the scoring comes with impact ratio reports for your EEOC and NYC Local Law 144 audit work.
Ranks the pile
The strongest matches rise to the top of a ranked pile your recruiters review first. Prescreener never auto-rejects, it ranks and flags candidates for review, and your team makes every decision.
In depth
Pinpoint pricing graded source by source
How much does Pinpoint ATS cost?
Pinpoint does not say. Checked October 9, 2026, pinpointhq.com/pricing returns a 404, and the plans link redirects to a request pricing page whose only offer is a call: Pinpoint asks about your company and hiring process, shows the product, and then gives what it calls an accurate price. No plan prices, no seat rate and no trial appear anywhere on the site, and Vendr's marketplace has no Pinpoint page.
That leaves two figures that travel around the web. A pricing post by Pin, a sourcing vendor that sells against Pinpoint, cites SelectSoftware Reviews for a Growth plan starting at roughly $345 a month on annual billing and an Enterprise plan at $1,200 a month or more. CostBench lists both plans as contact sales and reports a median contract of $1,000 a year from 128 purchases. A $345 monthly floor works out to $4,140 a year, so the two cannot describe the same buyers. Treat both as rough signals and get Pinpoint's number in writing.
| Source | What it says about Pinpoint cost | How far to trust it |
|---|---|---|
| pinpointhq.com | No pricing page. Request form and a call, then a quote | Primary source. Silent on cost |
| Vendr marketplace | No Pinpoint page | Nothing to rely on |
| CostBench | Growth and Enterprise, both contact sales. Median $1,000 a year from 128 purchases | Low. Clashes with every other figure |
| Pin's Pinpoint pricing post, citing SelectSoftware Reviews | Growth from about $345 a month billed annually, Enterprise $1,200 a month or more | Low to medium. Buyer-reported, published by a competitor |

Pinpoint Growth and Enterprise plans compared
Pinpoint's own site does not name its plans on the pricing page. Third-party listings describe two, Growth and Enterprise, both sold on annual contracts, both with unlimited users rather than a per-recruiter seat charge. That last point is real money for a team with many hiring managers: a per-seat ATS bills every person who logs in, while Pinpoint's quote is said to scale with company size and hiring volume instead.
The listings also agree on what sits outside the base subscription. Employee onboarding is described as a paid add-on on both plans, and Pin's post places blind screening, the AI Hiring Copilot, AI Match Score and API access on Enterprise. Pinpoint does not publish a feature-by-plan table, so treat that split as reported rather than confirmed and ask for every module you need to be named in the order form.
| Item | Growth, as reported | Enterprise, as reported |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Quote. About $345 a month billed annually per one buyer-reported source | Quote. About $1,200 a month or more per the same source |
| Users | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Core ATS, careers site, job board posting, scheduling | Included | Included |
| AI Match Score, AI Hiring Copilot, anonymized screening | Reported as not included | Reported as included |
| API access | Reported as not included | Included |
| Employee onboarding | Paid add-on | Paid add-on |

Does Pinpoint use AI to screen candidates?
Yes, inside its own ATS. Pinpoint's AI Match Score page says you answer a few questions about the role, Pinpoint generates up to 10 criteria from the job description, and you mark each as must-have, preferred or nice to have. You can test the criteria on a sample, then apply the score to each application, including people already in the pipeline. Every score comes with a verdict, strengths, concerns and suggested interview focus areas. AI Candidate Filters let recruiters write their own prompts to turn resumes and cover letters into sortable fields, and the AI Criteria Checklist gives a repeatable checklist per role.
What is not published is the price or the path. Pinpoint's access page for AI Match Score asks existing customers to register interest so their Customer Success Manager can follow up with next steps, which suggests it is switched on per account rather than bundled everywhere. Pinpoint's approach page says a person makes every decision and that its AI works from the inputs you give it rather than from your hiring history, a sensible design for anyone thinking about bias audits.
Prescreener does the same inbound ranking job beside whatever ATS you run now, at a published price. It reads each resume, applies your knockout rules, scores role-fit with quoted evidence and ranks the pile, and nobody is rejected automatically. Our candidate scoring software page shows what each score looks like.
| Screening task | Pinpoint, per its own pages | Prescreener Starter |
|---|---|---|
| Scores every applicant against role criteria | Yes, AI Match Score with up to 10 criteria | Yes, every inbound applicant on the requisition |
| Criteria weighting | Must-have, preferred, nice to have | Your criteria plus knockout rules per role |
| Written reasons per score | Verdict, strengths, concerns, interview focus | Yes, quoted from the resume |
| Works beside another ATS | No. Runs inside Pinpoint | Yes, beside any ATS |
| Published price for the AI | None | $199 a month, or $99 a month billed yearly |
| Contract | Annual, per third-party listings | Monthly or yearly |

How does Pinpoint pricing compare with other ATS platforms?
Pinpoint sits in a mid-market group where only some vendors print a rate. Workable, JazzHR and Breezy HR publish theirs, Ashby publishes a starting point, and Greenhouse, Lever, Teamtailor and Recruitee quote like Pinpoint. The useful comparison is not just the subscription but where the AI that reads applicants lives, because on several of these systems it costs extra or sits on a higher tier.
Read the table as entry rates. Our pages on Greenhouse pricing, Teamtailor pricing and Recruitee pricing cover the quoted rivals, our Breezy HR vs JazzHR comparison covers the two cheapest printed options, and the ATS pricing comparison puts every system that publishes a rate in one table.
| Platform | Published entry price | Where AI screening sits |
|---|---|---|
| Pinpoint | None. Quote after a call | AI Match Score inside Pinpoint, price not published |
| Greenhouse | None. Quote only | Talent Matching inside Greenhouse, quoted |
| Teamtailor | None. Quote only | Co-pilot add-on at no additional cost |
| Workable | $299 a month, Standard | Screening Assistant included |
| JazzHR | $1,000 a year, Hero | AI candidate matching from Plus at $3,480 a year |
| Breezy HR | $157 a month billed annually, Startup | Breezy Intelligence credits, from $30 per 100,000 |
| Prescreener | $199 a month, or $99 a month billed yearly | Included. It is the product |

What to ask Pinpoint before you sign
Because nothing is printed, the call is where the price gets made. Ask which plan the quote is for and get the feature list per plan in writing, naming AI Match Score, AI Candidate Filters, the AI Hiring Copilot, anonymized screening and API access one by one. Ask whether AI features are included, metered or a separate line, and whether any usage cap applies to the number of applications scored each month.
Then ask about the contract. Confirm the term, the renewal increase written into the order form, whether onboarding is a separate fee, what implementation and data migration from your current ATS cost, and what happens to the price if your hiring volume drops. A team that gets those answers in writing can compare Pinpoint line by line with a printed rival. If the deeper problem is simply too many applicants to read, our Pinpoint alternative page explains how a screening layer handles that without a new ATS.

Greenhouse pricing
Greenhouse publishes three plan names and no rates. What the ATS actually costs, what verified buyer data shows, and why the estimate articles disagree with each other by thousands of dollars.
Learn moreTeamtailor pricing
Teamtailor publishes no price. Its pricing page offers a quote, unlimited users and unlimited job postings, and its help center lists Co-pilot, the AI that screens candidates, as an add-on at no extra cost. Here is each one graded, the add-ons that do cost extra, and what it costs to have your applicants ranked instead of checked.
Learn moreRecruitee pricing
Recruitee does not publish a price. Tellent sells it as Start, Advance and Optimize, quotes each one by headcount, and rations the AI that reads applicants: none on Start, 100 screenings a month on Advance. Here is what each plan includes, the third-party prices graded by source, the renewal increase, and what it costs to have every applicant ranked instead.
