Findem pricing, Findem AI pricing and cost, and what a Findem contract runs a year

Findem does not publish a price. findem.ai/pricing redirects to its platform page, every call to action is Request a demo or Talk to Sales, and there is no self-serve plan. The one list price you can read anywhere is on AWS Marketplace, where Findem, Inc. sells a 12-month Talent License for $25,000, plus $0.01 per usage unit for anything consumed beyond the contract. Vendr's buyer data puts the median Findem purchase at $58,000 a year, in a range of $7,225 to $94,840.

That range tells you who Findem is built for: talent teams at mid-size and large companies that want AI sourcing, a talent CRM, analytics and now AI agents on one annual contract. Findem's newer products are priced differently. Its Intelligent Job Post charges for each candidate you unlock and nothing for the rest, and its Screening Agent runs AI phone screens, both sold through early access and sales. Below is every source graded, what each product costs as far as anyone can publicly show, and what to get in writing before you sign.

Why it works

What a published screening price changes for a team pricing Findem

A number before the demo

Findem's only public figure is a $25,000 marketplace listing. Prescreener publishes $199, $499 and $1,290 a month for the whole account, so a budget line can be written today.

Built for the pile you already have

Findem is strongest at finding and engaging people who have not applied. If the problem is 300 applicants nobody has read, Prescreener reads every one against your criteria and ranks them with written reasons.

Month to month

No 12-month license and no usage overage to model. Run it on one requisition, and if it does not save your recruiters time, stop.

What it handles

Parsed, scored and ranked on autopilot

Prescreener reads every inbound resume, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, asks the screening questions you set, scores role-fit against consistent criteria, and ranks the applicant pile so your recruiters review the top matches first.

  • Reads 100 percent of inbound resumes as each application arrives
  • Applies your knockout and eligibility rules identically to every applicant
  • Scores role-fit with the written evidence behind each placement
  • Ranks the whole pile so recruiters open the strongest matches first
  • Runs alongside Workday, Greenhouse, Lever or any ATS you already use
  • Published monthly pricing per account, not per recruiter seat
  • Never auto-rejects: it ranks and flags, and a recruiter decides
  • Bias-audited to support EEOC standards and NYC Local Law 144

Why Prescreener

One step that screens the whole inbound pile

Not a full ATS, not a six-figure assessment suite, and not a staffing agency. Parse, score, rank and hand off in one place, shaped to the criteria you already hire on.

Reads every resume

Prescreener parses every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility criteria, and asks the screening questions you set. Applicants consent and are told AI is screening their application, so no qualified person sits in a backlog for days.

Scores role-fit consistently

Every applicant is scored against the same criteria, with a transparent reason on each candidate, so the pile is compared consistently and the scoring stays bias-audited to support EEOC standards and NYC Local Law 144.

Ranks the pile

The strongest matches rise to the top of a ranked pile your recruiters review first. Prescreener never auto-rejects, it ranks and flags candidates for review, and your team makes every decision.

In depth

Findem pricing, source by source and product by product

How much does Findem cost?

For a typical team contract, about $58,000 a year. That is the median on Vendr, which brokers software purchases and publishes anonymized buyer data, across a range of $7,225 to $94,840. Findem itself does not put a number on findem.ai. Its old pricing URL now redirects to the platform overview, and the path to a price is a demo followed by a custom quote shaped by seats, modules and contract length.

The only list price Findem has published anywhere is on AWS Marketplace. The listing, sold by Findem, Inc., offers a Talent License on a 12-month contract for $25,000, covering what it calls full-funnel recruiting: inbound, outbound, referrals, alumni and ATS rediscovery. Usage beyond the entitlement is billed at $0.01 per unit on top of the contract, the listing shows no free trial, and custom pricing or a private offer goes through Findem's sales team. It is a useful floor for a single license bought through AWS, not a quote for your team.

A third number circulates widely: roughly $6,000 per seat per year. It traces back to a SelectSoftware Reviews estimate from 2025 that competitor blogs repeat, and Findem has not confirmed it. Treat it as a rough per-seat guide for the core platform, not a rate. Figures such as "$8,000 to $100,000+ a year" are budgeting bands that bracket Vendr's range rather than add to it.

Source What it says about Findem cost How far to trust it

Findem AI pricing, what the agents and Intelligent Job Post cost

Findem now sells three kinds of AI, and each one is priced a different way. None has a published rate.

The Intelligent Job Post is the most interesting for pricing because it changes the unit. Findem turns a job description into a scorecard, sources matching people from 850M+ profiles, sends personalized outreach, has interested candidates complete a short AI screening interview and, where it fits, a skills assessment, then delivers a slate with a written candidate presentation for each person. Identities stay masked until you choose who to unlock, and in Findem's words, "You pay for each candidate you unlock, and nothing for the rest." The per-candidate price is not published and the product is sold through early access.

The Screening Agent runs structured phone screens that assess role-specific and soft skills, follows up on thin answers, and returns a summary, transcript and score for each candidate. It is also early access, with Talk to Sales as the only path. Findem Studio, launched on September 22, 2026, packages expert-built agents that return finished work such as succession plans, market maps and hiring briefs; Findem says anyone can try a Studio agent for free, which is the closest thing Findem has to a trial. At the other end, Fast Track is a managed search service in which a Findem recruiter runs the search on Findem's data, described as fully managed and outcome-based.

Findem product What it does How it is sold Published price
Talent platform (sourcing, CRM, analytics) AI search across 850M+ profiles, outreach, relationship and success signals Annual license, custom quote $25,000 per 12 months on AWS Marketplace
Intelligent Job Post Sources, engages, AI-screens and assesses, then delivers a masked slate Pay per candidate unlocked; early access Not published
Screening Agent AI phone screens with summary, transcript and score Early access; Talk to Sales Not published
Findem Studio Expert-built agents that return finished work Free to try an agent; platform access by sales Not published

Findem cost per month for a US hiring team

Divide the annual figures by twelve to compare Findem with tools that bill monthly. The AWS Marketplace license works out to about $2,083 a month before any overage. Vendr's median is about $4,833 a month and its high end about $7,903. Those are contract totals that bundle seats and modules, so the useful question when a quote arrives is which lines push it above the median: extra seats, the talent CRM, analytics, agents or managed search.

Vendr's buyer notes add one data point worth knowing before you negotiate: a 201 to 1,000 employee company reported a 51 percent discount on a new Findem purchase after adding multiple products. One anecdote is not a rate, but it shows how much room a first quote can have.

Scenario Monthly Yearly Basis

Does Findem screen inbound applicants?

Partly, and mostly for candidates Findem brought in itself. The Intelligent Job Post screens everyone who responds to its outreach with an AI interview and assessment before presenting them, and the Screening Agent can phone-screen candidates the Application Boost Agent surfaced. The AWS listing describes the Talent License as covering inbound as well as outbound recruiting. What Findem's product pages do not describe is a published way to have it read and rank the raw pile of resumes already sitting in your ATS for one requisition, priced on its own.

That matters if your bottleneck is the opposite of a sourcing problem. A role that draws 250 applications does not need 850 million more profiles; it needs someone to read the 250 against the same criteria and put the best 10 on top. Candidate scoring systems built for the inbound pile price exactly that job.

Screening task Findem Prescreener
Reads each inbound resume in your ATS Covered under the Talent License; no standalone published offer Yes, every resume as it arrives
Screens candidates it sourced Yes, AI interview and assessment in the Intelligent Job Post Not a sourcing tool
AI phone screen Screening Agent, early access Screening questions; no AI voice interview
Output Masked slate with a written candidate presentation A role-fit score and full ranking, with written evidence per criterion
Knockout and eligibility rules Must-haves and disqualifying answers in the scorecard Applied identically to every applicant
Published price Only the $25,000 AWS license $199, $499 and $1,290 a month

What should you get in writing in a Findem quote?

Because every Findem deal is custom, the quote is only as good as its scope. Five items decide whether the number holds for the whole term.

First, the unit: seats, a platform license, candidates unlocked, or a mix, since the Intelligent Job Post bills per unlock. Second, what counts as a usage unit and its price, because the AWS listing bills overage per unit on top of the contract. Third, the modules by name, so the talent CRM, analytics and each agent appear as separate lines you can drop. Fourth, the term and renewal cap, since the only published contract is 12 months. Fifth, if reading your inbound applicants is the real need, ask for that price on its own and compare it with a dedicated screening tool.

Ask for Why it matters
Pricing unit, in writing Seat, license and per-candidate unlock pricing grow at different rates
Definition and price of a usage unit Overage is billed on top of the license
Modules and agents line by line Bundles hide which product you are paying for
Term and renewal cap The only published contract length is 12 months
Standalone inbound screening price The fairest comparison if the applicant pile is the problem

Findem vs Prescreener, which fits a US hiring team?

They solve different ends of the funnel. Findem fits a talent team that needs more of the right candidates: hard technical or executive roles, warm introductions through investor and employee networks, and a CRM to keep relationships alive between searches. If that is your bottleneck and your budget is in Vendr's range, its data and agents are the reason to take the demo.

Prescreener fits when the pipeline is already full. It reads every inbound application, applies your knockout and eligibility rules the same way to everyone, scores role-fit with the evidence behind each score, and ranks the pile, with a person making every decision. Plans are $199, $499 or $1,290 a month for the account on the Prescreener pricing page, month to month.

If Findem is on a shortlist with other AI sourcing platforms, the SeekOut pricing page covers the one sourcing rival that publishes a plan price, hireEZ pricing covers the $494 solo plan and team quotes, and the Eightfold AI pricing breakdown covers the enterprise talent-intelligence option. The ATS pricing comparison lists every vendor that publishes a rate.

Good questions

Questions about findem pricing

Findem publishes no price on its own site. Its AWS Marketplace listing sells a 12-month Talent License for $25,000 plus $0.01 per usage unit beyond the entitlement, and Vendr's buyer data puts the median Findem contract at $58,000 a year, in a range of $7,225 to $94,840.
There is no free trial of the Findem platform, and the AWS Marketplace listing shows none. Findem Studio, launched in September 2026, lets anyone try an expert-built agent for free. Platform access starts with a demo and a custom quote.
Findem sources, engages and AI-screens candidates for a job post, then shows a slate with identities masked. You pay for each candidate you unlock and nothing for the rest. The per-candidate price is not published, and the product is sold through early access.
Findem does not say publicly. A widely repeated figure of about $6,000 per seat per year is a 2025 SelectSoftware Reviews estimate, not a Findem rate. Its published AWS offer is a per-license annual contract, and its newest product is priced per candidate, so ask which unit your quote uses.
Usually not. Findem is sold on annual custom contracts with a Vendr median of $58,000, aimed at mid-size and large talent teams. A small business whose problem is reading inbound applications will generally spend far less on a screening tool with a published monthly price.
